Uh..no. Droks has been 2-4k LONG before chilbains nerf.
It was about 5-6k as soon as NF came out but lowered once people started making dervs for running Droks. So yes it IS all the dervs that lowered the price not chilbains.

Look for or grab the "for donations/tips" runs and or the freebies of course. During prime time these are pretty easy to find. Even jump around from American servers to the Euro severs as the Euros aren't as greedy as those on the American side. But, there is no set price, but, 2k is fair value for what the runner has to do. I wouldn't want to do it more than once myself I find it tedious and one wrong move can and does spell doom for a lot of runners.
